Bellator 269: Fedor Emelianenko quickly KOs Tim Johnson in Russia (Video)

Fedor Emelianenko gets one more first-round knockout, defeating Tim Johnson in the main event of Bellator 269

In his first fight in his home country in five years, Fedor Emelianenko earned the 40th win of his MMA career, stopping Tim Johnson in the first round of the Bellator 269 main event.

After a period of feeling each other out and no shots thrown, the two men began to get inside and trade.

Emelianenko landed a strong one-two less than two minutes into the bout that dropped Johnson down and out.

Emelianenko has one fight remaining on his Bellator deal. The first occurred in December 2019 at Bellator 237 in Japan, where he defeated fellow PRIDE veteran Quinton “Rampage” Jackson.
